TWT was recently awarded “Inspection Exemption” accreditation for its Fengyu umbrella brand by the General Administration of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine of the Peoples Republic of China (AQSIQ). The Companies adherence to “Best Practice Principles” has led to this accreditation and the ability to fast track its export goods.
The Board of Directors have adopted the ASX Corporate Governance Council recommendation of adopting appropriate governance practices as follows:
